Ever fancied wild swimming / out door swimming in a river or the sea – all year round?
Jackie organises regular river and sea swimming ! Yes, you could come – gently does it. Two minute dip at first – it is so good for us mentally and physically. The benefits need to be felt – come and try it!

This workshop will start in xxxxx on Thursdays. The workshop will last for just an hour at the most – may have to be done via zoom if we cannot meet face to face. The kit costs £20 and the course is free.
